Razor sharp take on the distribution gap. The point about viral clips outreaching ten thousand people in-person is something I've watched play out across multiple local groups, and its wild how much energy goes into organizing physical presence when nobody's thinking about teh capture + distribution layer. What I keep seeing is this assumption that the message itself is enought, when really it's the amplification infrastructure that determines impact these days. Treating digital as an afterthought instead of the primary channel is basically handing over ground to whoever figured this out first.
I am 79 years old and have participated in many demonstrations on a number of issues - anti-war, gay rights, etc. However I couldn’t agree with you more and while I do not have the slightest idea how to create such a strategy. I am content to do what I can do and join the new generation with the tactics that work for them.

Good way to say it “capture + distribution layer”. Agree.

Marty. Thank you for reading and for the grace of listening to my opinion.
